The importance of not being anxious

Learn to release negative energy by listening to the sounds of the ocean, birds, and waterfalls.  Meditate by reading positive and uplifting books.  These things tend to relax the mind and body.  Keep your thoughts on things above and not below.  Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 23:6 KJV).
