It’s important to maintain a healthy diet

Your eating habits can affect your attitude.  Over indulging can create serious health problems.  Eating only once a day can also affect your health.  This is why you must maintain a healthy diet which consists of eating nutritious meals.  Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them (Matthew 6:26 KJV).
