Me time

When you wake up you’re on the clock until it’s time for bed. This is an unhealthy way to live.  Your body will eventually send you warning messages.   You are the caretaker for your body.  Relaxation is a part of Gods plan.  But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31 KJV)
