Healthy Regimen

We must apply the necessary nutrients that our body needs to function.  Skipping out on breakfast is an unhealthy way to start your day.  This may lead to all sorts of health problems which you can avoid.  Laboring for the Lord requires physical strength; take the proper steps to guard your health.

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.  And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 1Timothy 6:7-8 KJV
