Laugh at those things worth enjoyment

But do not mock others

Greet people with a kind gesture

But do not smirk and speak with a rude tone

In the company of others be respectful

For there is always one who is watching

In the presence of family, friends or strangers

Before you eat, do not hide your face

While giving thanks to God

And gratitude goes a long way

Therefore be grateful

For your yesterday, today and tomorrow

Each one presents itself to you

But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
